Individual, organisation and strategy: the Future Leadership
Labs bring together all the topics and competencies of
Leadership Advisers. It is a process for the systematic
evaluation and promotion of individual and collective
leadership competencies:
Scientifically sound and based on the latest research.
Tailored to framework conditions and company-specific
requirements.
Connectable to existing HR measures and principles of
action in your organisation.
The Future Leadership Labs serve to:
Identify potential and hidden talents.
Show employees development perspectives.
Develop leadership and social skills.
Establish a new leadership culture Initiate.
Implement sustainable change processes.
The content, process and timeframe for the Leadership Labs
depend on the client and are agreed individually. As a rule, the
measures extend over a period of approx. 18 months and
include workshop formats, individual coaching, and training
formats.
Individual development areas of each participant are identified
and measures to address them are devised.
Since the process is modular, the kick-off ("Leadership
Development Center", see graph below) can also take the form
of a stand-alone leadership workshop for reflection or planning
of cooperation and then, if there is interest, be continued and
expanded into a Leadership Lab process.
